Zelenkevich Igor Borisovich was born in Minsk in 1952.
1976 – graduated from the Minsk Medical Institute.
1976–1977 – worked as an intern doctor at the 4th Minsk City Clinical Hospital.
1977–1978 – urologist at the 4th Minsk City Clinical Hospital.
1978 –1980 – was a doctor of military unit No. 2133 in the city of Kingisepp of the Estonian SSR.
In 1980, he returned to Minsk and worked in the Minsk City Clinical Hospital, first as a urologist, and then (1984–1986) as deputy chief physician.
In 1986–1990 – Head of Branch, and then Head of the Department of Health in the Minsk City Executive Committee. In 1990–1996 held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Executive Committee, Chairman of the Health and Social Protection Committee of the city of Minsk.
In 1997 – 2001 — Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
Currently, Igor Borisovich works in the CIS Executive Committee as deputy head of analytics; successfully engaged in social and educational activities.
